Time is running out for you to enter the 2022 SCWC Notable Book Awards. The deadline to enter your book is (postmarked) December 28.
The SCWC Notable Book Awards recognize outstanding books published in the previous year, and are presented by the Southern Christian Writers Conference organization. Books are chosen based on their outstanding writing, presentation, and message.
Books can be entered in these categories:
~ Fiction (traditionally published)
~ Fiction (self published)
~ Nonfiction (traditionally published)
~ Nonfiction (self published)
~ Devotional
~ Children's and young adult
~ Ebook
Books are judged by SCWC staff members and dedicated judges in each of the categories. Three finalists in each category will be announced on January 14 and the winners will be announced and honored at the SCWC Notable Book Awards Ceremony on Feb. 4 in Northport, Alabama.

A $10 entry fee must be submitted with each book entered into the contest. You can send a check with your book/s, or send the fee to Venmo at @SCWC-Conference, to PayPal to scwritersconference@gmail.com, or by debit or credit card (let us know and we'll invoice you).
All three finalists will receive a finalist virtual badge to display on their social media and a press release to distribute about their accomplishment. Winners will receive a full media kit with information and graphics to announce their win; they will also receive a small cash prize.
Former winners of the SCWC Notable Book Awards have come from authors in all genres and from throughout the country, and have been wonderful examples of faith-filled writing.

We especially encourage members of the SCWC to enter the contest, but anyone can enter their book/s.
